Oh what a delightfully funny picture book, so typically Mr Men Little Miss.

Mr Men and Little Miss are heading down under, or 'up over' as Mr Topsy Turvy would say! All the characters agree it's a long journey so they spend a day on the beach recovering before the travel around Sydney seeing all the sights. They found out that the Blue Mountains are a really blue that the view from the top of the Harbour Bridge is spectacular unless you are Miss Jelly.

As they travel around the country they discover the animals in Tasmania, they go to the famous horse race the Melbourne Cup and ride a horse, they play cricket in Adelaide, travel on the Indian Pacific to Perth - it's a long way they say. Then they go on a bush tucker walk in Perth, they had a barbecue under the stars and then they went to Darwin, the top of Australia then to the Kakadu National Park, the Great Barrier Reef and were disappointed to find there isn't any gold on the Gold Coast. They also went to the camel races in the Red Centre.



This is a funny, typically Mr Men Little Miss picture book that is entertaining and educational for 3-6 year olds. The perfect gift for grandparents or uncles and aunts with grandchildren or nieces and nephews overseas.
