PINACOLADA MOCKTAIL
• 2/3 cup of mango cocobella coconut water
• 1/3 cup of pineapple juice
• coconut sugar to garnish rim of glass
• crushed ice
squeeze of lime and finish it off with a nice wedge on the side as well

FRUIT SMOOTHIES
Serves 1, Preparation time: less than 5 minutes.
Ingredients: 3/4 glass low-fat milk 2-3 heaped tbl low-fat yoghurt (naturally set is better) 1/2 - 2/3 banana depending on the size of the banana 6 strawberries 2 tsp honey
To make:
- Pour milk into a blender or a tall container for using a stick blender.
- Add the fruit, then the yoghurt and lastly the honey.
- Blend for 2 minutes or until perfectly smooth and pour into a tall glass.
- Enjoy a delicious, filling and healthy drink.
Try other combinations such as apple and cinnamon; mixed berries & banana; pineapple, banana and passionfruit; pineapple and banana; strawberry, banana and passionfruit. Also try exchanging pears for bananas: Pears & strawberries; pears & kiwi fruit;
